We Work?

Your boutique manufacturing partner in luxury womenswear: from technical sketch to 1-piece sampling, transparent CMT pricing, atelier handover, and carrier dispatch in Istanbul.

You provide your tech pack, reference images, patterns (or brief our pattern makers), and fabrics/specialty trims.

If you do not have patterns, we develop base patterns from your sketches or reference images. Having clients supply their own fabrics is our standard and preferred way of working. (Important Note: AI-generated tech packs and renders often produce unrealistic proportions and measurements. Please provide real garment reference photos or hand-drawn technical sketches.)

We construct the initial sample and review fit, balance, and construction details.

Once approved patterns, fabrics, and trims physically arrive at our atelier, we construct the initial sample within 1 business day, rigorously evaluating silhouette, drape, and stitch quality.

We make adjustments if needed until the sample is fully approved.

You review the sample via in-person fittings in Istanbul or digital fittings with high-resolution photos and 360° videos via WhatsApp. Production is never initiated until the sample is signed off.

Once the sample is signed off, we proceed with production according to your required quantity.

Precision cutting, master assembly, intermediate and final steam pressing, and rigorous piece-by-piece quality control are completed, with each garment carefully packaged.

Delivery & Shipping: Deliveries are organized strictly under EXW (Atelier Handover) or FCA Istanbul (handover to designated carrier in Istanbul) terms. All freight, transit insurance, and customs duties remain the client’s responsibility.

Your nominated courier or representative can collect packaged orders directly from our atelier in Istanbul (EXW), or we can deliver the shipment to your nominated cargo branch or logistics firm within Istanbul (FCA Istanbul).

Cost Structure

What does your pricing include?

By default, our quoted prices strictly cover Cut, Make, and Trim (CMT) — specifically cutting, sewing, and professional steam pressing/finishing. Quoted prices do not include main fabrics, pattern drafting, or specialized handcrafts such as beading.

Any additional service or development cost is always transparently calculated and quoted separately beforehand.

Minimum Order & Pricing

What is your MOQ and how is pricing calculated?

Our minimum order quantity is 1 piece; however, sample and single-piece runs are always calculated separately from bulk production. To use an analogy for illustration: crafting a single stand-alone garment may take 1 hour, whereas in a bulk production flow 5 garments might take only 1.5 hours. Because labor hours are not linearly proportional to production volume, unit cost increases as quantity decreases, making the production cost of 1 piece equivalent to the sample rate.

As order volume increases in bulk production, unit costs decrease significantly with tiered volume advantages. Sampling and low-volume orders are billed separately reflecting the dedicated artisan hours required.

Turnaround Time

How long does sample production take?

Once approved patterns, fabrics, and trims arrive at our atelier, the initial sample is completed within 1 business day.

When technical details are confirmed, an exact production schedule is provided. Compared to other small-batch ateliers, our turnaround is notably faster.

Confidentiality & Portfolio

Can I see your portfolio?

As a private boutique atelier, we never share our clients' designs, patterns, or samples with third parties. We never publish complete garments or any client photographs. We only ever showcase extreme close-up macro stitch details that do not reveal the garment's silhouette or brand identity.

Furthermore, we prefer to demonstrate our production quality directly on your own sample design. You do not necessarily have to supply your own final fabric right away; we can construct the initial fit sample using atelier stock fabrics such as calico / toile (Amerikan bezi) to verify tailoring and pattern balance.

Intellectual Property

Can I get my patterns back?

Yes. Because you fund pattern development, the patterns belong entirely to you. You are free to reproduce pieces in your own studio whenever needed.

Patterns are handed over physically or digitally (DXF/Gerber) upon request. They are never reused for any other brand; they are safely stored in our archives for 6 months after delivery, and destroyed thereafter if uncollected.

Fitting & Verification

How can I inspect the sample if I live abroad?

If you are in Istanbul, we host in-person fittings in our atelier. For international and remote clients, we conduct detailed digital fittings with high-resolution photos and 360° mannequin videos via WhatsApp.

Alternatively, upon request, 2 samples can be produced with 1 shipped directly to you for physical inspection (priced separately). Bulk production is never initiated until you fully approve the sample.

Payment Terms

How do you handle payments?

Please note that payments are non-refundable, as each piece is made specifically for your order. Before proceeding to bulk production, every fit, pattern, and construction detail is refined and finalized on the sample through revisions to eliminate surprises.

Samples: 100% upfront payment before development begins.

Production Orders: 50% deposit upon order confirmation, and the remaining 50% balance prior to dispatch.

Bank Charges: We kindly ask that international bank transfers be sent with the OUR fee instruction to ensure the full invoice amount is received.

The sample is revised until you give your complete approval; bulk production is never initiated without your final sign-off.

Shipping & Handover

How are shipping and handover handled?

Delivery Terms: All deliveries operate under EXW (Atelier Collection) or FCA Istanbul (handover to designated carrier in Istanbul). All further domestic or international freight, transit insurance, and customs duties are the client’s responsibility.

You may have your courier collect packaged orders directly from our Istanbul atelier (EXW), or request us to deliver packages to your designated cargo branch or freight forwarder in Istanbul (FCA Istanbul). We do not offer direct door-to-door international dispatch (DAP).

Can I trust you?

With over 30 years of tailoring craftsmanship and boutique manufacturing experience, we serve independent designers in Istanbul, Osmanbey, Nişantaşı, and global fashion capitals (Paris, Miami, Berlin). Located in an independent facility with 24/7 CCTV surveillance away from congested textile hubs, your designs are completely protected.

Most importantly: we never proceed to bulk production without your 100% sign-off on the sample. Pattern ownership, transparent pricing, and delivery schedules are guaranteed under written standards.
