As Ati Konfeksiyon, we provide premium small-batch production, prototyping, bespoke tailoring, and costume execution services to luxury apparel brands and designers. We primarily serve key fashion hubs in Istanbul such as Osmanbey, Nisantasi, Sisli, Besiktas, Sariyer, and our local district Kagithane.

What types of garments do you manufacture?
−We focus on womenswear. Outerwear: Coats, trench coats, jackets, kimonos and waistcoats. Tops: Shirts, blouses, tunics and T-shirts. Bottoms: Trousers, skirts, shorts and Bermuda shorts. Dresses & jumpsuits: Day dresses and shirt dresses; evening, cocktail, prom and corset dresses; jumpsuits. Suits: Trouser suits and skirt suits. Costumes: Costume making for television productions. What we don't produce: Childrenswear, pet clothing and waterproof technical outdoor jackets.
What should I send to get a quote?
+We recommend sending a tech pack so we can prepare an accurate quote; a tech pack that includes the BOM (bill of materials) and POM (points of measure) gives us the clearest picture. If you don't have a tech pack, photos of the garment you want and a written description of its details are enough. Note: AI-generated tech packs and sketches may have unrealistic measurements and proportions; whenever possible, please send photos of real garments or hand-drawn technical flats. By default, our quote covers CMT (Cut, Make, Trim) only: cutting, sewing and professional steam pressing/finishing. Pattern making is charged separately; main fabric, lining, trims such as buttons and zips, and specialist handwork such as beading or embroidery are not included. Any additional service is always calculated transparently in advance and quoted separately.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
+Our MOQ is 1 piece. Single-piece orders are charged at the sample rate.
Do you accept single-piece orders?
+Yes, we accept single-piece orders; they are charged at the sample rate.
Can I order just a sample, without bulk production?
+Yes. Some of our clients have us make only the reference sample of their product; ordering a sample does not commit you to bulk production. We also offer product development services; if you are interested, please let us know when you contact us.
How long does it take to make a sample?
+Once the approved pattern, fabric and trims arrive at our atelier, the first sample is sewn and ready within 1 business day.
I live abroad — how can I review the sample?
+We hold in-person fittings at our atelier with clients in Istanbul. For clients abroad, we first send detailed photos of the sample; once the photos are approved, we ship the sample to you so you can check the fit on the body. If you wish, we can produce 2 samples and ship one directly to your address (priced separately). Bulk production never starts until you approve the sample, so the perfection of your design is guaranteed.
How many sample revisions are included?
+Once the sample is made, 2 revisions are included free of charge. The clearer your feedback, the faster revisions are resolved; most adjustments are completed in the first revision. Revisions cover fit and measurement adjustments; if you want to change the design itself, an additional pattern-making fee applies.
Do you offer size grading?
+Yes, we do. When you contact us, just tell us the style and how many sizes you need. Simply send us your size chart for each size; if you don't have one, we use a standard European size chart.
Do you work to custom measurements?
+Yes, we offer made-to-measure; your pattern is drafted to the measurements you provide. Made-to-measure incurs an additional fee at the pattern-making stage.
Do I own the patterns, and can I take my pattern back?
+Yes. Every pattern you pay for belongs to you, and you can collect it at any time. Because our master pattern maker, with 40 years of experience, drafts your patterns by hand, we deliver them as physical paper patterns. For an additional fee, we can supply digital outputs of your patterns in DXF, PLT or HPGL format. If you wish, production pattern output is also available at an extra charge and delivered in the same formats. Your patterns are never used for any other brand; they are kept in our archive for 6 months after delivery and, if not collected, destroyed for confidentiality.
How do you take payment?
+Our payment terms are as follows: Samples: The full sample fee is paid upfront before work begins. Bulk production: A 50% deposit is due on order confirmation, with the remaining 50% paid before shipment. Bank charges: For international transfers, please select the OUR charge option so the full amount arrives. Bulk production starts only after you give your final approval on the sample. As every piece is made specifically for your order, payments are non-refundable.
How do shipping and delivery work?
+We deliver orders in two ways: Atelier collection (EXW): You or your courier collect the order from our atelier in Kağıthane. Handover to carrier (FCA Istanbul): We drop off your order at the branch of the courier or freight company you nominate in Istanbul. We do not offer door-to-door delivery (DAP). Once the goods are handed over to the carrier, freight, insurance and customs costs are borne by the buyer.
Can I see your portfolio?
+Under our confidentiality policy, we do not share our clients' designs, patterns, samples or photos with third parties, nor publish them anywhere. We may only show close-up (macro) details of our stitching and craftsmanship that reveal neither the silhouette nor the brand. We show our quality best on your own design. For a sample, the best approach is to test it in your own fabric; only then can the fabric's drape, stretch and behaviour under the needle be judged accurately.
Can I trust you?
+With more than 30 years of tailoring and boutique production experience, we serve independent designers in Osmanbey, Nişantaşı and the world's fashion capitals. As a matter of principle, we never show or share any client's garments with anyone. Our atelier, located away from textile production districts, and our 24/7 CCTV cameras keep your designs confidential. Most importantly, bulk production never begins until you are 100% satisfied with the sample. Pattern ownership, payment terms and the production schedule are clearly agreed with you before work begins.
