Capsule collection manufacturing is the art of producing a curated, limited number of pieces that reflect a designer's vision in its purest form. At Ati Konfeksiyon, with 30 years of expertise, we meticulously manage every stage from first sketch to final stitch.
At our atelier in Kagithane, Istanbul, we perform pattern cutting, tailoring, pressing, and packaging under one roof. Our minimum order quantity is 1 — we can produce even a single piece. We are the trusted production partner for luxury brands in Osmanbey, Nisantasi, Sisli, and Besiktas, as well as international designers.

Our minimum order quantity is 1 piece; however, sample and small-batch production are always calculated separately from serial production. To draw an analogy: while crafting 1 single garment may take 1 hour, in serial production tempo 5 garments can be produced in 1.5 hours. Because labor hours are not linearly proportional to output quantity, unit costs increase as quantity decreases, and the production cost of 1 piece equals the sample fee. In serial production, as quantities increase, the unit cost decreases significantly with scaled pricing advantages.
Our quoted prices cover CMT (Cut, Make, Trim) by default — namely precision cutting, tailoring, and professional steam pressing/finishing. Main fabrics, pattern development, and specialized hand embellishments or embroidery are excluded and transparently quoted separately upon request.
Once approved patterns, fabrics, and trims arrive at our atelier, the initial sample is completed within 1 business day. Serial production lead times depend on garment complexity and order quantity, with a binding schedule provided once all technical specifications are finalized.

Yes. In accordance with our strict confidentiality policy, we never share or publish client designs, patterns, or garment photos with third parties. Located in independent premises away from crowded textile bazaars and monitored by 24/7 CCTV surveillance, your collections remain under absolute confidentiality.
Yes. Because pattern engineering costs are covered by you, all developed patterns belong 100% to you without exception. Your patterns can be handed over physically or digitally (DXF/Gerber) upon request and will never be used for any other brand.
For sample prototyping, 100% advance payment is required before development begins. For serial production, a 50% deposit is payable upon order confirmation, with the remaining 50% balance cleared prior to dispatch. As each piece is made to order, payments are non-refundable.
Our deliveries are handled strictly under EXW (Atelier Collection) or FCA Istanbul (handover to your designated carrier within Istanbul) terms. You may collect your packaged order directly from our Kagithane atelier with your appointed courier or representative (EXW), or request us to drop off packages at your designated cargo branch or freight forwarder in Istanbul (FCA Istanbul). All subsequent freight, transit insurance, and customs/import duties are the client's responsibility.
